Frances I. Ault, 85, Enjoyed the Cleveland Indians and Browns

Photo of Frances I. Ault Frances I. (nee Bigley) Ault, 85 of Lorain passed away on Friday, August 20, 2004, at the Anchor Lodge Nursing Home in Lorain following a short illness.

She was born January 5, 1919, in Flushing, Ohio and has made Lorain her home since 1951.

Frances was a graduate of St. Clairsville High School. She was a member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Ault was a legal secretary with local attorneys; E. H. Davidson, Ron Gordon and Leo Koury. She retired in 1983 after 23 years in the profession. She enjoyed politics, the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

She is survived by daughters: Linda Kinzer of Lorain, and Carolyn Simmer of Vermilion; sons: Danford B. Ault of Westlake, OH, Joseph H. Ault of Lorain, and Richard H. Ault of Arlington Heights, IL; three grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and brother: Mark Bigley of Ft. Myers, FL.

She was preceded in death by her husband: John Daniel Ault on July 26, 1972; her parents: Joseph H. and Marybelle (nee Arter) Bigley; and a sister: Margaret Scott.

Friends may call at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio on Sunday, August 22, 2004, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be on Monday, August 23, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Dale Warrick, pastor of Cornerstone United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be at Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Amherst Township.
