Susan Bunzink, 84, A great animal lover
Susan Buzink, age 84, of Lorain, died Sunday, August 22, 2004 at the emergency room of the Hospital for Orthopedic and Specialty Services, Amherst, following a sudden illness.Born February 28, 1920 in Plains, PA., she came to Lorain in 1967 from Wilkes-Barre, PA., and for the past 9 months she had been a resident of Amherst Manor Retirement Community, Amherst.
She had been employed at the Oak Hills Nursing Center, Lorain for a number of years, she was also a great animal lover.
She is survived by 3 nephews: Michael Bradley of Bedford, Richard Bradley and James Bradley both of Lorain. She is also survived by a niece: Elizabeth Lorusso of Wilkes-Barre, PA. She is also survived by a great niece and a great nephew.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Helen Bradley; her father: Michael Buzink; and her mother: Anna (nee Leso).
Visitation and funeral services will be private in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon. Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain is handling the arrangements.
