Irene Chrobabk, 92, Enjoyed Flower Gardening

Irene Chrobak (nee Pulcer), 92, of Avon, died Thursday, September 23, 2004 at her daughter’s home in Avon following a three year illness.

She was born August 15, 1912 in Lorain and moved to Avon 3 � years ago. She resided in Lorain County her entire life.

Irene was a homemaker. She was a member of Holy Spirit Church, Avon Lake and enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren, flower gardening and family pets.

Survivors include her daughter, Arlene Findora of Avon; three grandchildren, Theodore Findora, Lisa Williamson and Kristine Saylor; and five great grandchildren, Michael Findora, Victoria Saylor, Russell Looman, Sara Williamson and Valerie Pettyjohn.

She was preceded in death by her husband Theodore on September 24, 1062; a brother, Robert Pulcer, two sisters, Mary Pincura and Florence Fedarko and her parents, Frank and Mary (nee Sobocik) Pulcer.

Friends may call the Busch Funeral Home, 3200 Detroit Road, Avon, Sunday, September 26, 2004 from 5 to 8 p.m. Prayer services will be held at the funeral home, Monday, September 27, 2004, at 9:15 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Church, 410 Lear Road, Avon Lake at 10 a.m. Rev. Timothy J. O’Connor will officiate. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
