Veronica Palmer, 77, Enjoyed Shuffleboard

Veronica Palmer, 77 (nee Dudziak) of Clearwater, FL formerly of Lorain died on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at Anchor Lodge Nursing Home in Lorain, from complications of Parkinson's Disease.

Mrs. Palmer was born on January 8, 1928 in Lorain. She graduated from Lorain High School and worked at the Nordson Corporation and at the former Hough Bakery.

She enjoyed shuffleboard, Bocciball, board games and golf.

Mrs. Palmer is survived by her companion, William Howarth of Clearwater, FL, daughters, Kathleen McArthur, Pam Tullison, Jacquelyn Palmer all of Lorain, Laura Baxter of Strongsville, OH, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brothers, Leonard Dudziak of Lorain, sisters Emily Torres of Amherst, Cecilia Kowalczyk and Frances Rapolz both of Lorain.

She was preceded in death by her husband George Jr, Palmer, in 1993, parents Karl and Catherine (nee Kulek) Dudziak, brother Richard Dudziak and sister Mary Irving.

The family will receive friends in celebration of her life on Sunday, March 20, 2005 from 6-8 pm in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio.

The family suggest that memorial gifts may be made to The National Parkison Foundation, Inc., 1501 NW 9th Ave., Bob Hope Road, Miami, FL 33136.
