Frank B. Cox, 72, Enjoyed Fishing and Hunting

Frank B. Cox, 72, of Vermilion, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at his home following a 6 year illness.

He was born February 1, 1933 in Hazard, KY, and had resided in the area for the past 50 years.

He retired in 1980 from Ford Motor Company as a Drive on Bi-Level after 22 years of service.

Frank was a member of the Elyria Elks Club for 28 years and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his spouse of 35 years, Susan Cox; sons, Timothy Cox of Sheffield Twp., Steve Cox of Little Rock, AK, Phillip Cox of Elyria, Nathan Cox of Lorain, Robert K. Bennett of Elyria, Ronald P. Bates of Camp Perry, OH, Jeffrey A. Bates of Kentucky; daughters Candice B. Marcano of Lake Worth Fl, Linda Cox of Elyria, Diane K. Bennett of Vermilion and Rhonda M. Ludlow of Ft. Wayne, IN; 24 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 4 brothers and 5 sisters.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Gail Bennett in 1987, parents, Samuel and Mallisa Cox and 1 brother and 1 sister.

Friends may call Thursday, April 21, 2005 from 11 a.m. till the time of service at 1 p.m. at the Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, 2920 Broadway, Lorain. Rev. Rick Young will be officiating.
