Jonathon Daniel Louis Barth, 16, Vermilion High School Student
Jonathon Daniel Louis Barth, 16, of Vermilion died June 13, 2005 after a Lake Erie swimming accident.
He was born August 19, 1988 in Sulfur Springs, TX, and has been a Vemilion resident for the past 15 years.
Jon attended Vermilion High School and was a member of the Church on the North Coast in Lorain. He enjoyed fishing, basketball, and had a talent for art and calligraphy.
He is survived by his grandparents, Daniel and Joanna Bath with whom he made his home in Vermilion; his mother, Debra Ellison, of Vermilion, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will recieve friends on Sunday, June 19, 2005 from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 20, 2005 at 11 a.m. The Reverend Louis Kayatin, pastor of the Church on the North Coast, will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst.
