Karen Elaine Swietyniowski, 56, Ohio Extended Care Nursing Home Beautician

She was born July 22, 1949 in Lorain, OH. She lived in Elyria during her
school years, graduating from Elyria High School and the Northern Institute
of Cosmetology. She moved back to Lorain after her marriage.

She worked as a beautician at Ohio Extended Care nursing home. She enjoyed
yard work, flower gardening and her family.

Survivors include daughters, Lisa and Michelle Swietyniowski both of
Lorain; son, Edward Swietyniowski, Jr. of Lorain; 1 Grandson; sister,
Janet Lautner of Elyria; brother, Louis Valentine of Henderson, NV;
brother, David Valentine of Elyria; several nieces & nephews and
grandnieces & grandnephews.

Preceding her in death were her husband Edward Albin Swietyniowski in
2003; parents, Louis and Elizabeth (nee Kovach) Valentine; and, sister,
Marilyn Szabados in 2000.

Private family service will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain, at a later
date.
