Sue A. Connell, 60, Accounting Clerk

She was born on December 23, 1944 in Hanover, NH. She graduated in 1962 from Lebanon High School, Lebanon, NH. She lived in Lorain since 1966, coming from Washington, DC.

Sue was employed as the accounting clerk at US Steel, Kolbe for 30 years, retiring in 1997.

She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Knights of St. John Ladies Auxiliary Unit, Lorain.

She enjoyed reading novels, playing cards, watching the Cleveland Indians and Browns.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years: Thomas L. Connell, son: Scott Connell, of Lorain and daughter: Tracy Addis, of Lorain, and 5 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Carlton and Elda (nee Monica) Bond.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a 10:00 a.m. mass at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Joseph West, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
