Kenneth Fischer, 39, Carpenter

He was born June 25, 1966 in Lorain and grew up in the Vermilion area. He lived in Wakeman for the last 2 years, moving from Monroeville, OH.
He was a graduate of Vermilion High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army where he was an air defense artillery specialist and squad leader.
He worked as a carpenter for the Carpenters Union Local #305, Norwalk and Elyria. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, golf, motor cross, and camping.
Survivors include his wife of 6 years, Sara Fischer of Wakeman;
mother, Beverly Fischer of Elyria; son, Aaron "Greg" Fischer of Elyria; brother, Christopher Fischer of South Plymouth, MA; sister, Joyce Washburn of Elyria; 8 nieces and nephews; and aunts and uncles.
Friends may call Sunday November 13, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion. A funeral service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Brian Ayers, of the Barrett's Chapel, New London, will officiate.
Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
