Frances R. Spisak, 84, Enjoyed Gardening and Knitting

Frances R. Spisak (nee Toth), 84, of Vermilion, died Thursday, December 1, 2005 in Erie County Care Facility after a short illness.

She was born August 14, 1921 in Cleveland, Ohio and has been a Vermilion resident for the past 4 years moving from Garfield Hts.

She was a former member of St. Monica's Catholic Church in Garfield Heights and had attended St. Mary Catholic Church while in Vermilion. She enjoyed gardening and knitting.

Survivors include her daughter, Charlotte Tiedman of Vermilion, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and brother, Raymond Toth of Garfield Heights, OH.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward in 1979; her parents, Paul and Theresa (nee Balog) Toth , brothers, Nicholas and Edward Toth; sisters, Marie Thomas, Pat Gates, Theresa Toth and Veronica "Violet" Iammarino.

Friends may call Sunday December 4, 2005 from 4-6 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home 5345 South St. Vermilion, OH 44089.

Prayers will be said at the funeral home on Monday December 5, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 N at St. Mary Catholic Church 731 Exchange St. Vermilion with Reverend Jim Holmer officiating. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Northfield at 2:30 p.m.
