Danica Langovsky, 71, Seamstress

Danica Langovsky (nee Pavlovski), 71 of Lorain died Monday, January 02, 2006 in her home following a lengthy illness.

She was born October 6, 1934 in Lera, Macedonia. She immigrated to Lorain in 1967. She was sponsored by her late uncle and aunt Glegor and Vasilka Petroff.

Mrs. Langovsky worked as a seamstress for 30 Years, recently retiring from Rakich and Rakich Inc. Lorain.

She was a member of Saints Cyril and Methodius Orthodox Church, Lorain. She was also a member of the churches Holy Theotokos Sisterhood. She enjoyed baking, cooking and her garden.

Among the survivors are her husband 37 years Vangel Langovsky; sons Nick Langovsky of Plymouth, Michigan and Ivan Langovsky Uniontown, Ohio; brother Boris Pavlovski of Macedonia, sister Gloria Stovic of Uniontown, Ohio; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Sarafil and Vanka (nee Simnovski) Pavlovski and brothers Todar and Dimitar Pavlovski.

Friends may call Wednesday, January 4, 2006, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain, Ohio. Where Parastas will be 7:30 PM Wednesday evening in the funeral home. Friends may also call Friday Morning at 9: 00 AM until time of service in Saints Cyril and Methodius Orthodox Church, 3056 Reeves Avenue, Lorain. Rev. Paul G. Monkowski, Rector will officiate. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
