Kathleen M. Kieswetter, 79, Enjoyed Traveling to Ireland

Kathleen M. Kieswetter, 79, of Lorain, passed away, Monday, March 20, 2006 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph following a short illness.

Born December 23, 1926 in Lorain, she lived in the area most of her life.

She worked at Ridge Tool as an Administrator in Human Services Department retiring in 1992 after more than 20 years. Prior to working at Ridge Tool, she worked at Fruehoff Co.

Kathleen was a member of St. Mary Church in Lorain and a Graduate of St. Mary High School. She is President of VFW Ladies Aux #3341 in Grafton. She was also a member of VFW Ladies Aux #451 in Lorain American Legion Aux. Soldiers of History Royal Neighbors of America. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed traveling to Ireland.

Survivors include sons, Christopher Kieswetter of Pontiac, MI Michael Kieswetter of Sterling, VA, 4 Grandchildren, 6 Great-grandchildren, Brother David (Dan) Anderson of Dimondale, MI, Sister Eileen Perusek of Lorain, and Longtime Companion Leonard Bescan of Grafton.
She was preceded in death by her Parents David and Nora (Foster) Anderson, Brother James Anderson.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 23, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, 2920 Broadway, Lorain. Funeral Services will be Friday at 12:30 p.m. Prayers at the Funeral Home followed by mass at 1 PM at St. Mary Church in Lorain. Fr. Daniel Divis will officiate. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
