Edward Alan Chiorazzi, 56, Millwright & Maintenance Man

He was born April 24, 1949 in Connelsville, Pennsylvania. he came to Lorain in 1953 He graduated from Admiral king High School, Lorain in 1967.

Mr. Chiorazzi was employed in the maintenance department of Westfield Malls. He had also worked as a maintenance man for Holiday Inn and Best Western Hotels, Elyria. He was a millwright for 17 years for U. S. Steel, Lorain until 1983.

He played little league baseball for Nickoloff Builders. He enjoyed long walks, jogging and music. He played drums for area bands.

Survivors include his Daughters Tracy Chiorazzi, Kelly Chiorazzi-Rivera and Terri Chiorazzi-Diaz all of Lorain; his mother Edna Chiorazzi (nee Riggar); brother Frank Chiorazzi of Lorain; sister Mary Calez (nee Chiorazzi) of Lorain; six grandchildren and his former wife George-Ann Ortiz of Lorain.

He was preceded in death by his father Frank Chiorazzi in 1990.

Friends may call Friday, March 31, 2006, from 5:00 until time of service at 7:30 PM in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain. Rev. Jane Anderson of the First Presbyrerian Church, South Lorain will officiate.
