Marie Antoinette Sestili, 80, Life-long Lorain Resident
Marie Antoinette Sestili, 80 (nee Perisi) of Lorain died early Thursday, June 15, 2006, at the New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph following a brief illness.
Mrs. Sestili was born in Lorain, Ohio on February 5, 1925, and was a life long resident. She was a 1942 graduate of Lorain High School and a member of the St. Mary Church in Lorain.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, and sewing.
Mrs. Sestili is survived by her daughter Rebecca A. Sestili of Ann Arbor, MI, son J. Michael Sestili of Lorain, 3 grandchildren, one great grandchild and a half sister.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Salvadore S. Sestili on April 12, 2001, her parents John and Rose (nee Trifiletti) Perisi and a brother Anthony Perisi.
Friends may call on Sunday, June 18, 2006, from 4-7 PM at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio 44052.
Funeral services will begin on Monday, June 19, 2006, at 9:00 AM in the funeral home followed by a 9:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial, celebrated by Rev. Daniel O. Divis in St. Mary Church, Corner of 8th & Reid Ave., Lorain, OH. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
