Ralph L. Kincer, 77, Veteran Who Earned the Army of Occupation Medal and World War II Victory Medal

Photo of Ralph L.  Kincer Ralph L. Kincer, 77 of Lorain, died late Monday evening, June 26, 2006, at the Anchor Lodge Retirement Center in Lorain following a long illness.

Mr. Kincer was born in Kona, KY on December 5, 1928. He served in the US Army as a T-5 in WW II. He earned the Army of Occupation Medal and World War II Victory Medal. He Attended Broadway Assembly Church in Lorain, Ohio.

He was a retired Inspector at Ford Motor Corp with 30 years service. He retired in Jan 1989. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.

Mr. Kincer is survived by his wife Della (nee Webb) Kincer to whom he was married on December 13, 1947. Also surviving are daughters Glenda Watson of Orrtanna, PA, Teresa Prihoda, Anna Yuhas both of Lorain, Rhonda Rider of Vermilion, Francine Boucher of Norwalk, Alicia Justice of Vermilion, sons Douglas Kincer of Fostoria, OH, Joel Kincer, Jerry Kincer, Harold Kincer, Brian Kincer all of Lorain, 21 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, brothers Joseph Kincer, Jr. of Dearborn, MI and William Kincer of Tennessee.

He is preceded in death by Joseph and Lula (nee Webb) Kincer, brothers Cecil and Carl Kincer.

Friends may call at the Broadway Assembly Church, 5495 Broadway Ave., Lorain, on Thursday, June 29, 2006, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

Funeral Services Broadway Assembly Church, on Friday, June 30, 2006, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Matt Jones, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens Avon, OH will full military honors provided jointly by members of the American Legion Post # 30 and the VFW Post 451.
