Mary E. Jordan, 67, Lorain Public School Retiree

She was born in Lorain on September 3, 1938 and had been a life-long resident of the city.

Mary had formerly attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church and was employed for more than twenty years as a cafeteria services worker for the Lorain City Schools.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years Donald R. Jordan, by a son Michael Jordan and his wife Laura residing in Lorain, daughters Mrs. Jeff (Kimberly) Hughett and Mrs. Ron (Shelly Marie) Livingston both of Lorain, and Mrs. Kevin (Denise) Naro of Amherst Township, along with ten grandchildren.

Mrs. Jordan enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and reading. Additional interests included watching made-for-television movies, small animals, and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Albert Nemecek and her mother Pauline (nee Mayher) Nemecek.

Private family funeral services were held in the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, Lorain.
