Roberta K. Davis, 82, Enjoyed oil painting ceramics and porcelain

Roberta K. Davis, 82 (nee Oakford) died on Wednesday, September 6, 2006, at ManorCare Nursing Home in North Olmsted following a long illness.

Mrs. Davis was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 24, 1924. She graduated from Parma High School. She was a homemaker.

She was a former member of St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church in Sheffield Lake. She enjoyed oil painting ceramics and porcelain.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years Charles M. Davis, a daughter Miriam C. Houge of Fairview Park, OH, son, Lynn Bobo of Garfield Hts, OH, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, sister Betty McCafery of Sunnyvale, CA, and brother Jerry Oakford of Hyde Park, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Marcella Oakford and brother George Oakford.

Friends may call on Saturday, September 9, 2006, from 1:00 PM until funeral time at 2:00 PM in Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.

Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery Amherst Township, OH.
