Sylvia J. Varady, 52, Enjoyed Crocheting & Music
Sylvia J. Varady, age 52, of Lorain, died Saturday, September 30, 2006 at New Life Hospice Center of Saint Joseph following a lingering illness.Sylvia was born in Amherst, Ohio on July 2, 1954 and had been a life-long resident of Lorain.
Her hobbies included crocheting, and enjoying all forms of music. Additional interests included caring for her pet Chihuahua, Chewey.
Miss Varady is survived by sisters Cheryl Varady, Loretta Puskarich, and Eileen Harris all of Lorain, along with six nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father James W. Varady in 2002 and by her mother Rose (nee Scillia) Varady in 1986.
Visitation will be Thursday from 2-4 p.m. in the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain.
