Olga I. “Betty” Wachholz (nee Kish), 81, of Lorain, died Sunday November 19, 2006 at Anchor Lodge Nursing Home in Lorain after a long illness.She was born May 1, 1925 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.
Mrs. Wachholz was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lorain. She enjoyed rose gardening and reading.
She is survived by her daughter Diane Moore of Hendersonville, Tennessee, son David Wachholz of Lorain, 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and sisters Helen Kovacs of Elyria and Elsie Lengyel of South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Wachholz, parents Andrew and Irene Kish, sisters Elizabeth Demyan and Mary Csubak and brothers Steven Kish and Andrew Kish.
