Lucile May McGee, 58, Lorain Products Computer Programmer & Systems Analyst

Lucile May McGee, (nee Delaney), age 58, of Vermilion, died Sunday December 10, 2006 at her residence in the company of her family following an extended illness.

Lucile was born in Lorain, Ohio on September 20, 1948 and had been a resident of Lorain County for her entire life.

She was a 1966 graduate of Clearview High School where she was a cheerleader as well as a bass drummer in the Clipper Marching Band.

For more than thirty years she had been employed as a computer planner and systems analyst for the former Lorain Products Corporation and its successor companies.

In her free time she enjoyed flower gardening, landscaping, travel, and camping. Additional interests included boating, motorcycling, and spending time with her family.

Ms. McGee is survived by her son Robert G. Weitzell, Jr. of Vermilion, daughter Michelle Herring also of Vermilion, five grandchildren, and sister Cheryl Nimon of Sheffield Township.

She was preceded in death by her father S.W. “Hank” Delaney, her mother Genevieve “Jean” Delaney (nee Staszak), and by brothers James Patrick Delaney and Warren Delaney.

Private family funeral services will be held.
