Delilah L. Kohart, 89, Enjoyed Bingo and Word Search Puzzles

Delilah L. Kohart, 89 (nee Smith), a four year resident of Autumn Aegis Retirement Community in Lorain died on Tuesday, December 12, 2006, at Community Regional Heath Center in Lorain following a short illness.

Mrs. Kohart was born in Lorain, OH on June 10, 1917, and was a lifetime resident. She graduated from Lorain High School in 1934. She attended Faith United Methodist Church. Mrs. Kohart had worked at both the former Weitz Clothing and O'Neils Department Stores.

She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America. She enjoyed bingo and word search puzzles.

Mrs. Kohart is survived by daughters: Janet Loterbaugh of Lorain, OH, Cheryl Milks of Lorain, 2 grandson, 9 great grandchildren, 7 great great
grandchildren and sister Margaret Coffland of Lorain.

She was preceded in death by her husband Francis A. Kohart in 1999, a grandson Kit F. Milks in 2002, parents William T. and Margaret (Reynolds) Smith.

Friends may call on Thursday, December 14, 2006, from 2 - 4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio 44052.

Funeral services will be on Friday, December 15, 2006, at 1:00 PM in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio 44052 with Rev. Danny Parsons, associate pastor of Bethel Chapel, officiating.

Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery Lorain, OH.
