Theodore W. Kuhn, 93, Inspector at US Steel
Theodore W. Kuhn, 93, of Lorain, died Monday April 9, 2007 at Anchor Lodge Nursing Home in Lorain after a short illness.He was born March 17, 1914 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.
Theodore was a graduate of Lorain High School. He worked at US Steel in Lorain as an inspector in the pipe mill for 44 years before retiring.
He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Lorain and was a fan of the Lawrence Welk Show and his music.
He is survived by his son Theodore R. Kuhn of Lorain, daughter Cindy Paysor of Tampa, Florida, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Berthold & Margaret Kun (nee Kovacs), brothers Burt Kuhn and Michael Kuhn and sister Katherine Grunda.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 13, 2007, from 10:00 AM until the time of funeral services at 11:00 AM at Gluvna Shimo Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain. The Rev. Daniel O. Divis, pastor of St. Mary Catholic Church in Lorain, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
