Regina Josephine Jezierska, 87, Member of Local Union #1104 U.S. Steel and the Alliance of Poles
Regina Josephine Jezierska, 87 of Lorain, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007 in Anchor Lodge Nursing Home, Lorain.
She was born August 17, 1919 in Natrona, PA and has been a life long Lorain resident.
She worked in the Galvanizing Department of US Steel Works, Lorain for 32 1/2 years, retiring in 1975. She was a member of Local Union #1104 U.S. Steel and the Alliance of Poles.
She is survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Stanley and Josephine (nee: Spichalski) Jezierska and her brothers: Joseph, Walter, and Leo Jezierska.
Friends may call Thursday July 19, 2007 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Dombrowski-Humphrey-Riddle Funeral Home, 1939 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain, Ohio.
Services will be held Friday July 20, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Dombrowski-Humphrey-Riddle Funeral Home. Reverend Joseph West, OFM Conv., pastor of St. Anthony of Padua, will officiate. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
