Jeffrey L. Stanley, 48, Enjoyed Animals & Making Furniture

He was born December 19, 1958 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.

Jeff enjoyed traveling, fishing, trivia and animals. He enjoyed woodworking and made furniture with woodworking tools that he made at home. He was an avid sports fan of the Cleveland Indians, Browns and Cavaliers.

He is survived by his father Warren E. Stanley of Lorain, sister Cheryl McKim of Medina, brother Gary Stanley of Amherst and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Janice Stanley (nee Ross) and sister Janet Dooley.

The family will receive friends Sunday 2-5 p.m. at the Gluvna Shimo Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain where funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Bob Daugherty will officiate. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery in Lorain.
