Linda D. Romoser, 60, She loved animals and was a very active supporter
Linda D. Romoser, 60 (nee Gipson) of Lorain, died early Saturday morning, November 10, 2007 at the Speciality Hospital in Lorain following a long illness.
Mrs. Romoser was born in Amherst, Ohio on December 6, 1946. She resided in this area all her life. She was a 1964 graduate of Lorain High School.
She had attended both the First Congregation United Church of Christ and the St. John's United Church of Christ.
She loved animals and was a very active supporter of both the Erie Shores Humane Society and the Animal Protective League of Lorain County, as well as several other animal rescue organizations.
Mrs. Romoser is survived by her husband, Mark E. Romoser, to whom she was married on July 10, 1965, a sister Pat Clasby of Orange, TX and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents J. C. and Charlene (nee DeJean) Gipson.
A memorial service is being planned for a later date. The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to either the Animal Protective League of Lorain County, 8303 Murray Ridge Road, Elyria, Ohio 44035 or Erie Shores Humane Society, P.O. Box 1041, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
