John W. �Bud� Evans, 77, US Steel Retiree
John W. “Bud” Evans, 77, of Lorain, died Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at Autumn Aegis Nursing Home in Lorain after a short illness.He was born May 22, 1930 in Everett, Pennsylvania and had resided in the Lorain area most of his life.
John worked as a pipe inspector at US Steel in Lorain for 35 years before retiring. He enjoyed movies, country-western music and traveling and had taken a 10-week trip through Europe.
He is survived by his sister Connie E. Zaleski of Lorain, nephews Jerry (Marilyn) Zaleski of Sheffield Village and Donald M. (Diane) Zaleski of Lorain, 1 great nephew and 3 great nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents Wilson M. & Blanche Evans (nee Allan).
