William D. Powers, Jr., 49, Graduate of Vermilion High School and a US Army veteran

Mr. Powers was born in Williamson, WV on October 28, 1958, the son of the late William D Powers.

He was a graduate of Vermilion High School and a US Army veteran.

Mr. Powers is survived by his mother Joan E. (nee Howell) Powers, a sister Virginia L Powers of Ft. Myers, FL and 2 nieces and a nephew.
Preceding him in death, in addition, to his father is one brother Michael.
