Jennie M. Dellipoala, 80, Enjoyed Italian Cooking And Classic Movies
Jennie M. Dellipoala, 80, of Lorain, died Friday April 18, 2008 in the emergency room at Community Regional Medical Center in Lorain.
She was born August 11, 1927 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.
Jennie worked as an assembler at Lorain Products for many years before retiring.
She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Lorain. She enjoyed Italian cooking, watching classic movies and taking senior bus trips.
She is survived by her brother Frank Dellipoala, Sr. and sister Josephine Schmidt both of Lorain and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Dominic and Nancy Dellipoala (nee Vocana) and brother Salvatore Dellipoala.
The family will receive friends Monday 4-7 p.m. at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Deacon Bruce Tennant of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Elyria will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
