Judith Trout Bartlett, 68, Enjoyed Skiing, Skating, Sailing & Traveling

She was born April 27, 1940 in Elyria, Ohio and lived in Columbus for a short time before moving back to Vermilion where she has resided most of her life.
She worked for Franklin County Welfare Department as a social worker and also worked as a buyer for Higbee's Department Store.
She had been a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Vermilion. She enjoyed skiing, skating, sailing, swimming, walking her dog, and traveling, especially international travel.
Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Hubert 'Newfie' Bartlett, a sister, Martha Irwin of New Orleans, Louisiana, a niece, Conway Irwin; two nephews, Tom and Warren Irwin; and all of her friends that cared for her in Judith's time of illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Dorothy (nee Conway) Paulson.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 11, 2008 from 7-9 pm at the Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio. Services will be held Friday, September 12, 2008 at 10 am at the funeral home. Sister Pat Adams, New Life Hospice Chaplain, will officiate. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion.
