Julia Annette Daugherty MacBane, Enjoyed her Crafts

She was born in Salem, Ohio, on December 15, 1921 to Edith Smith Daugherty and James Robinson Daugherty.

For twenty years she served as the board secretary of Volunteer Bay Association. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and loved her craft projects. She was always willing to adopt another cat and loved anything Bulldog.

She leaves behind her husband of 49 years, Bill MacBane, nieces and nephews: Holly Daugherty Fash (Flagstaff, AZ), Bill Daugherty (Silver Lake, OH), Jim Daugherty (Eugene, OR) and Sara Daugherty Machado (Torrance, CA), and their families, who loved her like a mother.

There will be a Memorial Service at Volunteer Bay Club House, 11510 West Lake Road, Vermilion, on Friday, October 10, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. You are welcome to come and say your final goodbyes to one fine lady.

Internment will take place in Salem, OH, in a private service.
