Thomas Michael Zimmerman, 65, Ohio Vending Employee

Mr. Zimmerman was a lifelong resident of Lorain and was an employee of Ohio Vending for a number years. He had an extensive family consisting of numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.

Mr. Zimmerman served in the U.S. Navy during the mid 1960s.

Mr. Zimmerman is survived by his children, Thomas Zimmerman of North Olmsted, Brian Zimmerman of Fairview Park, Steve Zimmerman of Lorain and Christine Vazquez; four grandchildren; mother, Rosemary Zimmerman of Lorain; his siblings, Paul Zimmerman of Southington, Rosemary Dimacchia of Lorain, Bernard Zimmerman of Livonia, MI and Philip Zimmerman of Lorain.

He is preceded in death by his father Thomas M. Zimmerman Sr.

The family will receive friends at Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home, 2150 Broadway, Lorain, on Monday, October 13, 2008 from 4-8 p.m. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:20 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at St. Mary of the Lake, 310 8th Street, Lorain, Fr. Daniel O. Divis, officiating. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
