Raymond S. Russ, 71, Former Sears Employee

He was born in Lorain June 25th, 1937.

Mr. Russ graduated from Lorain High School in 1955, and served with the U.S. Army from 1955 – 1958.

He was employed with the A & P Tea Co. Grocer’s from 1958 -1964, the B.F. Goodrich-Geon Co. in Avon Lake from 1964 – 1994, and Sears at Midway Mall, Elyria, from 1994 – 2008.

Mr. Russ is survived by his wife Sondra (Smith) Russ, his step-son Robert B. (Georgann) Taylor, two step-granddaughters, his brother Robert J. (Kathleen) Russ, two nieces, three nephews, and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Stanley Russ in 1966, and his mother Frances (Tomazic) Russ in 1985.

Graveside services will be announced at a later date.
