Louroff R. "Lou" Bradley, 71, Enjoyed Traveling

Louroff R. "Lou" Bradley, 71, of Amherst, died suddenly Saturday Feb. 7, 2009.

He was born Sept. 12, 1037 in Titusville, Pennsylvania and had resided in the Lorain/Amherst area most of his life.

Lou graduated from Lorain High School in 1956 and then served with the US Army from 1957 to 1960 as an Sp4. He later served with the US Army Reserves.

Lou worked at the Avon Lake Ford Plant as a purchasing manager retiring in 1993 after 33 years. While at Ford, he attended management courses at Lorain County Community College.

Lou was an avid golfer and participated in many leagues including the Ford league. He enjoyed traveling and had visited many places throughtout the United States, Mexico and the United Kingdom. Lou was a history buff and enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends at Terrace Lakes Campground in Sullivan.

He is survived by his son Dan Bradley (Cindy Lane), daughter Lesley Inderrieden (Rick), daughter-in-law Sandra Bradley, grandchildren Addison Bradley, Joe Rodriguez, James Inderrieden and Paul Inderrieden, great grandson Alex Rodriguez and sisters Audrey Jacobs and Denise Bescan (Al). He was preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Bradley (nee Leonard) in 2008, son Kurt Bradley in 2006 and parents Addison and Lillian Bradley (nee Capasso).

The family with receive friends Wednesday from 6 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 7 p.m. at Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain. Cremation will follow.
