Theresa A. Whitaker-Frantz, 99, Enjoyed Cooking and Sewing

She was born July 27, 1909 in Lorain and had lived in the Lorain area most of her life.

Theresa enjoyed cooking, sewing, knitting, crocheting and baking.

She is survived by her son Richard Udovich (Edith) of Bay City, Texas, grandsons Richard J. Udovich (Cindy) and Randy A. Udovich (Andrea) and great granddaughter Rebekah Udovich.

She was preceded in death by her 2nd husband Joseph Whitaker in 1979, 3rd husband Leon Frantz, parents John and Katherine Bayus (nee Fazekas), brothers Frank, John and Edward Bayus and sisters Katherine Christopher, Bertha Kosash, Elizabeth Kish, Margaret Matakovic and Sue Molnar.

A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery, 3700 Center Rd., Avon. The Rev. John Slatcoff, deacon of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Elyria Twp., will officiate.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain.
