William F. ''Daddy Bud'' Wilson, 70, Enjoyed Sports & Music

He was born in Ruston, Louisiana on November 15, 1938 and had been a resident of Lorain since 1978 coming from Cleveland.
Mr. Wilson was a graduate of East High School in Cleveland and went on to attend the Cooper School of Art. He was employed by the National Gypsum Company as a production assistant for twenty-two years. He retired in 2002.
In his free time, Daddy Bud enjoyed watching televised sports, music and reading mystery stories.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-six years Willie Jean (nee McGhee), by daughter Ermise (Edward) Stallworth of Cleveland, son Jesse Hogue of Mansfield, son Darnell Wilson of Cleveland, daughter Annie (Amos) Fountain of Lorain, daughter Stacey (Donald) Nettles of Twinsburg, daughter Valerie (Kenneth) Williams of Elyria, son Adrian Wilson of Fredericksburg, Virginia, daughter Debra (Robert) Lind of Lorain, daughter Valerie Salcedo of Lorain, twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, brother Mack Charles (Raffael) Wilson of Cleveland Heights, and sisters Alvern Watson of Detroit and Debra Joe Landrum of Cleveland Heights.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles F. and Lizzie (nee Cooper) Wilson, by granddaughter Jada Wilson, by brothers Eddie and Cornell Wilson, and by his sister Mary Price.
Visitation will be Thursday April 16th from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 11:00 a.m. in the Faith Ministries Christian Center, 1306 Euclid Avenue, Lorain with the Reverends Alvin and Diana Lindsey presiding. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon, Ohio.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel of Lorain.
