Mary Ann Moll, 67, Enjoyed Crocheting and Artistic Painting

Photo of Mary Ann Moll Mary Ann Moll (nee Piccard), 67, of Lorain, died Sunday March 7, 2010 while under home health care in Amherst after a long illness.

She was born Nov. 13, 1942 in Danville, Illinois and had resided in Amherst for the past 2 years. Mary Ann lived in Lorain from 1963 to 1993 and moved to North Carolina where she and her husband lived for 10 years after their retirement.

Mary Ann enjoyed crocheting and artistic painting.

She is survived by her son Thomas Moll (Constance) of Lorain, grandsons Anthony and David Moll, twin brother Ken Piccard (Claudia) of Danville, Illinois, niece Suzette Kittell of Danville, IL, nephew Scott Piccard of Florida and cousin Harry Lash (Phyllis) of Pinehurst, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband James Moll in 2004.

The family will receive friends Wednesday 4 - 8 p.m. at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Ridge Hill Memorial Park in Amherst Township.
