Ethel K. Doza, 85, Enjoyed Spending Time with her Nieces and Nephews
Ethel K. Doza, 85, of Lorain passed away Sunday, April 11, 2010 in her home following a brief illness.
She was born Sept. 28, 1924 in Lorain. She was a life long resident. Ms. Doza graduated from Lorain High School in 1942-B.
Ethel retired from Moen-Stanadyne in 1987. She worked there for 44 years. Ms. Doza was a member of Hungarian Reformed Church, Lorain. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, gardening, bowling, casino trips, and the Indians.
Ethel will be dearly missed by her sister Helen Rumancik of Sheffield Village.
She was preceded in death by her parents Marton and Sophie (nee Zambo) Doza, brothers Louis Doza and Andy Doza, sisters Sophie Doza, Mary Lakner, Julia Woodruff.
Her family will receive friends Wednesday 12 p.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain, (440) 277-8164. The Rev. Jack Ison pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church, Lorain will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township, Ohio.
