Peggy A. Calabrese, 55, Enjoyed Arts and Crafts

She was born Sept. 2, 1954 in Lorain. She was a life long resident. She graduated from Southview High School, Lorain in 1973. Mrs. Calabrese worked in the Sewing Department of Zayre’s, Elyria until 1981 and baby sat.

Peggy was a loving and generous wife, mother and grandmother. She was always willing listen and give advice. She enjoyed nature photography, sewing, arts and crafts and animals.

She will be dearly missed by her husband of 31 years Thomas Calabrese of Lorain, sons Stephen V. Calabrese of Lorain and Anthony M. Calabrese of Lorain and a grandson Antonio Calabrese.

She was preceded in death by her parents Mark and Virginia A. (nee Gregory) Hamilton, brother Mark E. Hamilton and a sister Georgia A. Hamilton.

Her family will receive friends Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain, Ohio, (440) 277-8164, where her funeral service will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Jay Roller of Grace Baptist Church, Lorain Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township, Ohio.
