John P. Krumwiede, 58, Master Carpenter
John P. Krumwiede, 58, of Lorain, died Friday May 21, 2010 at his home.He was born March 17, 1952 in Cleveland and had resided in Lorain most of his life.
John took pride in his skills as a master carpenter. He was an avid Cleveland Indians fan, Beatles fan, enjoyed animals and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his children Jason Krumwiede (Peggy), Rachel Krumwiede and Ryan Gilles, all of Columbus, grandchildren Cassie, Ian, Logan and Kaiden, brothers Jerry Phillips of Jacksboro, TN and Lawrence Krumwiede (Mary) of Wadsworth, sisters Linda Myers (Ron) of Loch Lloyd, MO and Pat Liberati (Tom) of Platte City, MO, brother Jim Krumwiede of North Olmsted, sister Robin Gnizak (Len) of Amherst, brothers Jeff Krumwiede (Mylinda) of Acworth, GA and Tim Krumwiede of Smithfield, RI and sister Marian Celebrezze (Jeff) of Carlisle Township and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mary Krumwiede (nee Oneal) and brother Robert Krumwiede.
A private family funeral service will be held. Mr. Todd Liberati, assistant pastor of Sunbury United Methodist Church in Sunbury, OH and nephew of John will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain.
