Edna Eastbaugh, 86, Former Faroh's Candies Employee and Dedicated Homemaker
Edna Eastaugh (nee:Thompson), 86, passed away peacefully, Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Community Health Partners following a brief illness.
She was born May 10, 1924 in Chelmsford, England. She came to Boston, Massachusetts in 1945 and moved to Lorain in 1959. Edna was a member of St. Anthony of Padua, Lorain. She was employed at Farohs Candies retiring after twenty years. Edna was a dedicated homemaker and a long standing member of a local English women’s club.
She is survived by her children, Janet (Larry) Bassett of North Grafton, Massachusetts, Dale (John) Lucarelli of Westlake, Ohio and David (Patti) Eastaugh of Lorain, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, George Eastaugh, who passed away on July 6, 2009.
The family will receive friends at Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home, 2150 Broadway, Lorain, (440)244-1961 on Friday, September 17, 2010 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the funeral home.
