Janet L. Holland, 59, Faithful Supporter of IU Football

Mrs. Holland was born in Lorain on October 2, 1951, the daughter of the late Glenn E. Harrold and Marjorie L. (nee Wise) Harrold who survives.
She was a graduate of Lorain High School, class of 1970. She was a faithful supporter of Indiana University football and had attended IU football games for the past 21 years. She enjoyed being outside gardening and caring for her yard. She was a good wife, mother, sister and friend.
Mrs. Holland was employed at the Central Brace & Limb Co. in Indianapolis
since 1973, most recently as the manager of the billing department.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Frederick "Rick" Holland of
Greenwood, a daughter Michelle L. Holland of Baton Rouge, LA, grandchildren Zachary and Amanda Ross, great grandson Zander Ross, her mother of Lorain, sisters Patricia (John) Wolanczyk of Lorain, Gerry (Tim) Long of Erie, PA, brother Richard (Kristie) Harrold of Lorain, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Holly
Holland in 1972.
Friends may call on Monday, January 3, 2011 from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the
funeral home. Rev. Elizabeth Krall, pastor of the Avon United Methodist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in the Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp.
