Mary Ellen Trotta, 88, Parishoner of the Church of St. Peter in Lorain

She was born October 4, 1922 in Harrison County, W.VA, and lived in this area since 1950, and had been a member of the Church of St. Peter in Lorain.

Mrs. Trotta is survived by her children John (Helen) Martin Sr. of Tarpon Springs, FL, Sandy (Tom) Sanders of Booneville MS, and Carolyn (Don) Marsh of Amherst, step-children Phillip (Rose) Trotta of Chesterfield, MO, Phyllis (Frank) Lindstrom of Palo Alto, CA, Sandra (Bob) Meister of Lorain, and Louis (Sharon) Trotta of North Ridgeville, 23 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, sisters Dorothy Curtis of Kalamazoo, MI, and Rose Martin of Ashtabula.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Okey Martin Sr., sons Okey Jr. and Randy Martin, and 2nd husband Phillip Trotta.

Friends may call Friday from 11 a.m. till time of service at 1 p.m. in Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, 2920 Broadway, Lorain. Fr. Craig Hovanec, Pastor of the Church of St. Peter will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
