Deborah J. McDaniel, 52, Enjoyed Reading and Helping Others
Deborah J. McDaniel (nee Mason), 52, of Lorain, died Wednesday January 5, 2011 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Lorain.
She was born March 10, 1958 in Lynchburg, Virginia and had resided in Lorain since 1996 moving from Richmond, Virginia.
Deborah worked as a private duty home health aid for 22 years in the Richmond and Lorain areas.
She was a member of Victory Methodist Church in Lorain. She enjoyed reading and helping people and had always put others first before herself.
She is survived by her companion of 16 years Jerome Everett of Lorain, children Jessica Mason and Chris McDaniel, both of Richmond, VA, Jamie (Robert) Rudzinski of Charlotte, NC and Kristin G. Everett of Richmond, VA, grandchildren Haley McDaniel, Devin Rudzinski and Dylan Rudzinski and sisters Phyllis (Gary) Hale, Loretta Harris, Judy, Jennifer and Kathy, all of Virginia.
Cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held sometime this summer and will be announced.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain.
