Regina M. Bibby, 78, Enjoyed Sewing, Cooking, Singing and Gardening
She was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and had been a Lorain County resident since 1962.
Regina worked as machine operator for Lithonia Lighting in Vermilion retiring in 2001.
She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Columbia Station where she sang in the choir and she volunteered for several years at the United Hearts Life Mission Center in Cleveland.
She enjoyed sewing, cooking, singing and gardening.
Survivors include her daughters, Theresa (Anthony) Petrosky and Cynthia Ann (Jody) Hodson and her sons, Lucius Jacob (Lisa) Bibby, William Duke (Kathleen) Bibby and Mark Edward Bibby all of Columbia Station, 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, sisters, Agnes Vincent and Helen Dunn and sisters-in-law, Mary Lukacs and Lorraine Lukacs all of Pennsylvania.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bibby in 1968; parents, John and Regina Lukacs; and brothers, John, Bernard and Emery Lukacs.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m & 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2011 at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Regina's funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 25801 Royalton Rd. Columbia Station where friends will be received beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Valley City, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the United Hearts Life Mission Center 3339 Broadview Rd. Cleveland, OH 44109.
