Anne Klein , 86, St. Ann Lodge Member

She was born October 22, 1924 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.

Anne graduated from Lorain High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society.

She was a member of the Catholic Church of St. Peter in Lorain, the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association and St. Ann Lodge Br. # 114. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and raising African violets and roses.

She is survived by her children Kathleen Hudak (Joseph) of Miami, Florida, Jane Klein of Cleveland, Thomas Klein of Vista, California and Kenneth Klein (Darlene) of Mission Viejo, California, grandchildren Lauren and Lindsay Klein, Joseph Hudak (Stephanie) and Amy Hudak and sister Mary Jean Bak.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years Thomas J. Klein, Sr, parents Adolph and Anna Stigel (nee Sonoga) and sister Dorothy Armstrong.

Private family services will be held. The Rev. Craig Hovanec, pastor of the Catholic Church of St. Peter in Lorain, will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Lorain. A public memorial mass will be held and announced at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave., Lorain.
