Delbert Sheppard, 26, Mill Operator At Ferrous Metal Processing

He was born in Lorain on November 6, 1984 and had been a resident of Elyria for the past four years.

He attended Admiral King High School.

For the past nine years Del had been employed as a mill operator for the Ferrous Metal Processing Company of Cleveland.

In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his children.

He is survived by his sons Nathan and Tristen Sheppard both of Elyria, by his mother Becky (nee Underwood) Rodriguez (Pete) of Cleveland, by his father Delbert E. Sheppard, Sr. of Elyria, by his brother Christopher Sheppard of Elyria, by his sister Heather Sheppard of Cleveland, by his step-sister Elisha Rodriguez of Orlando, Florida, and by his maternal grandmother Barbara Underwood of Lorain.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Avenue, Lorain. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
