Gilbert Pena, 49, Enjoyed Spending Time with Nieces and Nephews
Gilbert Pena, 49, of Lorain passed on Monday August 8, 2011 in the Cleveland Clinic following a short illness.
He was born January 8, 1962 in Lorain and was a life long resident. He graduated in 1980 from Admiral King High School, Lorain. He worked as a machine operator. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.
He will be dearly missed by his parents Amado "Moe" and Elvira Pena; brothers Michael (Monica) Pena and Albert (Lydia) Pena both of Lorain; sister Lisa Ann (Joe) Perez of Parma and many nieces and nephews.
His family will receive friends Wednesday August 10 from 4 to 8 P.M. in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain (440) 277-8164. Where closing prayers will be Thursday at 8:45 A.M. in the funeral home then Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 A.M. in Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Avenue, Lorain. Rev. Father James Ols pastor of St Vincent de Paul Church, Elyria Township will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
