He is survived by his wife, Geraldine (nee: Sposato) Schwarz; son, Kenneth C. (Denia) Schwarz; and grandson, Kenneth J. Schwarz.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Virginia Schwarz; and his siblings, Roger Schwarz and Gloria Kudlo.

A Memorial Service will be held at Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home, 2150 Broadway, Lorain, OH (440) 244-1961 on Thursday, November 4, 2011 at 11:00 AM, where military services will be conducted by the Disabled American Veterans.
