Debra Ann ''Debbie'' Gullickson, 58, Office Administrator
Debra Ann "Debbie" Gullickson (nee Weldon), 58, of Lorain, died Saturday December 24, 2011 after a lengthy illness.
She was born July 5, 1953 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.
Debbie graduated from Southview High School in Lorain in 1971 where she was a member of the National Honor Society.
She worked as a bookkeeper and office administrator at JB Robinson Jewelry Stores for 12 years where she earned many bookkeeping awards and perks with the company. Later she worked at Builders Square in Lorain as an office administrator and assistant warehouse manager.
Debbie was a member of the Lake Erie Landlord Association. She enjoyed going to flea markets, garage sales, crafts shows and taking day trips. She enjoyed spending time with her husband, gardening and reading.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years Jim Gullickson, brothers Richard Weldon (Lucille) of LaGrange and Fred Weldon III (Kiko) of Allen, Texas, sister Sue Hughes (Rudy) of Oberlin and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Candy McComas and Bonnie.
Private family graveside services were held at Ridge Hill Memorial Park in Amherst Township.
Arrangements were under the direction of Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral, 3224 Broadway, Lorain.
