Ronald L. Fish, 70, Avid Gardener

Photo of Ronald L.  Fish Ronald L. "Awesome Fish" Fish, 70, of Lorain died Sunday, March 4, 2012 at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, unexpectedly.

Mr. Fish was born in Cleveland on March 13, 1941, the son of the late Fred and Betty (nee Kender) Fish. He was a 1959 graduate of Lorain High School and United States Air Force veteran.

He was a letter carrier for the US Postal Service in Lorain for 15 years; retiring in the early 1990's. Mr. Fish was an avid gardener and especially prided himself in growing ultra large tomatoes.

He is survived by a daughter, Holly J. (Allan) Jamrog, three sons Ronald L. Fish, Jr., Edward A. (Linnette) Fish and Daniel L. Fish all of Bay City, Michigan. Also surviving are seven grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Fish was preceded in death by a brother Ted Fish and a sister Diane Smith.

The family will hold memorial services at a later date in Bay City, Michigan.
